I am Arthur Gläsner. I was born and raised in Karlsbad, Czech Republic. When I was 14 years old, I moved to Germany together with my parents and my younger sister. I lived there for 10 years and finished my secondary school and my education as a stonemason and at the Academy of Arts. As a craftsman/artist, I travelled for 2 years around Europe and made art and craftworks made of stone in many countries. When I was 24, I moved together with my wife Stefanie to the Netherlands. I then studied for one year at the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. Since then, I have been working as an artist and a self-employed sculptor. I started studying at the Institution for Psychosynthesis in Holland in 2009 and received my bachelor there in 2014.
I am now part of an international Community Building group, in training to become a Community Building facilitator. (Community Building after Scott Peck.). At the same time, I am busy setting up a community with people who want to look for new ways of living and working together, seeking inspiration at our farm. People who want to integrate creative growth on both individual and collective levels.
The Czech Republic is my homeland, the country of my mother tongue. The Czech Republic is the country of the Bohemians. It lies in the middle of Europe and has always been a melting pot between East, West, North and South. It is an ideal place for me to meet others and engage them.
